To place your order in time for Thanksgiving
delivery:
2 Day: 12:00 p.m. EST Friday, November 17
Overnight: 12:00 p.m. EST Monday, November 21
To place your order in time for Christmas
delivery:
2 Day: 12:00 p.m. EST Tuesday, December 19
Overnight: 12:00 p.m. EST Wednesday, December
21
All orders placed by 12:00 p.m. EST will
qualify for next day shipping. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST will ship no
sooner than the following business day. Shipping transit times are calculated
based on selected shipping method and recipient's shipping address.
Depending on the day of the week you place
your order, you can usually expect the following transit times for Ground/ Home
Delivery:
New England delivery: within 3-4 business days
East/South delivery: within 2-3 business days
Midwest delivery: within 2-3 business days
Southwest delivery: within 2-3 business days
West coast delivery: within 3-4 business days
Alaska/Hawaii delivery: within 5-7 business
days
2nd Day Delivery
All orders placed by 12:00 p.m. EST can ship
the next business day to be delivered 2 business days from that date. For
example,
Orders placed on Monday can ship Tuesday to be
delivered Thursday.
Orders placed on Thursday can ship Friday to
be delivered Tuesday.
Orders placed on Friday can ship Monday to be
delivered Wednesday.
Overnight Delivery
All orders placed by 12:00 p.m. EST can be
processed the same business day and delivered the three business day after
that. For example,
Orders placed on Monday (before 12 p.m. EST)
can ship Thursday.
Orders placed on Friday (before 12 p.m. EST)
can ship Monday.
Alternately, you may specify an exact arrival
date when placing an order. Maroon Global Solutions Inc. will ensure that your
products are shipped in time to arrive by your chosen date.
Shipping Information
CD Koncept Apparel ships packages via several shipper from Rochester New York.
We can make exceptions ship to U.S. Virgin
Islands, Puerto Rico or any locations outside of the United States according to
the U.S.A laws and guidelines.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO's or FPO's.
PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING
ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE, INCLUDING NOTIFYING GIFT
RECIPIENT. CD Koncept Apparel WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR
MISSED DELIVERIES.
Shipper Ground Commercial and Shipper Express
delivers Monday through Friday and Saturdays with Residential Home Delivery
packages ONLY (at no additional cost). We do not offer Saturday delivery for
packages shipped via Express methods or to commercial addresses.
Shipper delivers from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
Residential addresses typically do not require
a signature. HOWEVER, if there is no one there to accept the package, and the
Shipper does not feel comfortable leaving it for ANY reason, s/he is required
NOT to leave the package. Shipper will make three delivery attempts (one per
day) before returning the package to CD Koncept Apparel Shipper
will leave a door tag following each delivery attempt. Please be sure to
include the apartment number if you are sending to an apartment building.
Business addresses do require a signature, but
not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the
building is able to sign for the package.
Please be sure to include the name/ company
name and floor/suite number if you are sending to an office building.
Shipping intercepts or redirects to edit
incorrectly entered addresses are NOT valid on CD Koncept Apparel orders.
Shipper will attempt to contact the recipient
and then the shipper for correction of bad addresses before re-attempt,
re-direct or sending back to the shipper.
Shipping intercepts are not available for
these packages as it could result in additional delays in shipping. Once your
“Goods” have shipped out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. To track your
package, simply log in to your CD Koncept Apparel account and
select, "Check on my order Status/History" and then select
"Track Order" to view your order's progress. Do not hesitate to call

Please review the Holiday Schedule below. The dates below reflect the days
shipping or packages will not deliver. Shipping will resume the following
business day after the respective holiday
November 24 - Thanksgiving
December 24 - Christmas Eve
December 25 - Christmas
December 31 - New Year's Eve
January 1 - New Year's Day
